This was our first pool ever at our new home, so we naturally had concerns about budget, timelines, and overall quality—especially with small children and wanting a pool our whole family could safely enjoy.
From the very beginning, everything was clearly laid out and agreed upon before construction started. There were no budget surprises or last-minute changes, which immediately put us at ease. The communication throughout the process was top-notch. Anytime we had a question, we could text or call and always get a response. Even if something felt confusing or didn’t seem quite right, we trusted that he had it handled—and he always did.
He was extremely hands-on, stopping by regularly to check on the contractors and double-check the work. He also made thoughtful suggestions and helped refine our choices so the final result truly matched our vision. The style, color, and stamped concrete turned out beautifully, and the added side steps made the pool much more accessible—especially for our kids. It was absolutely worth the upgrade.
What we love most is that our backyard now feels like a resort at home. The entire project was completed in under two months with no delays, which is honestly unheard of. While we were fortunate with weather, his strong relationships with his contractors made the entire process incredibly smooth and seamless.
We would recommend him to anyone looking to build a pool, especially first-time pool owners. The quality, professionalism, and care he put into this project truly exceeded our expectations.

We have had our pool for a year now. I waited until the warranty expired before writing this review. We were concerned with how a new pool would survive the texas freeze period. The pool performed great. I was extremely pleased with the build schedule and execution. It looks amazing and performs great. Nothing is ever perfect, but response time to our small questions has been great. The owner is very professional and a great man who stands by his word. His creativity and knowledge was second to none. We love our finished product and HIGHLY recommend Heavenly pools.

I recently had pool built by Heavenly pools and I couldn’t be more happier with the results. The pool is absolutely beautiful, but more importantly, it was built to very high standard and precision. The builder was professional and efficient, and they took time to make sure our pool was built to specifications. Charles and his staff was very responsive to my requests and concerns and always returned my phone calls when I had questions. I’m truly happy with the finished product and I would recommend Heavenly Pools to anyone wanting to get a pool built. Great service across the board. Heavenly might not have the BIG NAME but they provide the same services as some of the bigger more known pool companies in the DFW area.
